Major advance in Technology Transformation

An agreement of technology transformation was signed by NRIAM, Yangzhou University and Japan’s Yanmar Agricultural Machinery Co. LTD  on May 6, 2016 in Yangzhou city. This agreement says the technology of tray rape seedlings transplanting developed jointly by NRIAM and Yangzhou University is bought by Japan’s Yanmar Agricultural Machinery Co., LTD in four million RMB.

‘China is a big country in rape planting and consuming and is in urgent need of rape planting mechanization. ’ Mr. Ueda, GM of Yanmar (China), in the signing ceremony said. ‘This technology of tray rape seedling transplanting has wide use. ’

‘The technology of tray rape seedling transplanting has been tested many years and the equipment performance indicators have reached the requirement of practical rape production. ’ General Director Chen of NRIAM said, ‘Transformation of this technology to Yanmar is a good start for our research achievements to go into more practical production.’
