The flexible top film garage dry fermentation technology research and equipment development

In September 2015 the Ministry of Agriculture Technology Development Center organized experts to assess the project. The experts agreed that the project has reached domestic leading level, the Flexible roof membrane garage type dry fermentation technology and fermentation Library sealing technology has reached the international advanced level.
This project is applied to the field of dry anaerobic fermentation in the rural areas of multiple organic wastes. In view of the high concentration of raw materials in the dry fermentation of import and export difficulties, feedstock pretreatment difficult, low heat and mass transfer efficiency, low and unstable gas production issues, we developed a pretreatment technology, warming and insulation technology, efficient heat and mass transfer technology, mechanized import and export technology, dry fermentation system sealing technology, real-time online remote monitoring technology, biogas production of organic fertilizer and other technology. We developed a raw material crushing, soaking, mixing and conveyor integrated preprocessor, which can solve the problem of feedstock pretreatment commendable. Coupling the garage dry fermentation technology and a flexible membrane covering the technology, which can solve the bottleneck of anaerobic dry fermentation technology commendable. This technology can greatly enhance the level of dry fermentation technology, reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency, produce biogas energy and organic fertilizer, ease the energy crisis, realize the efficient utilization of agricultural waste resources and innocent treatment, greatly reduce environmental pollution, achieve a virtuous cycle of production, provide economical, practical and stable performance of the technology and equipment for biogas project. At present, the results have established a number of engineering applications in Jiangsu Province, and obtained good economic, social and ecological benefits.
